Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland and Canada. Shipping is free to all of them.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery after that:

United States: 7-14 business days. Some items ship from our US warehouse and can arrive sooner.
Norway, Sweden and Denmark: 8-20 business days
Iceland: 9-20 business days
Canada: 8-18 business days

Will I have to pay import taxes?

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import VAT, duties or a customs handling fee, charged by the carrier or local post office on delivery. These are set by your country's customs authority and are not included in our prices.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. In some countries, tracking updates may pause once the parcel reaches the local post office.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your dog's back length (base of the neck to the base of the tail) and chest at its widest point, then compare with the sizing information on each product page. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size.
